Hello classmates and teachers

I am Gonzalo López, I was born in Santiago of Chile. My parents were also born in Santiago and on the same day. Their names are Erika and Claudio. I am the first of two brothers, my little brother is has fourteen year and his name is Amaro.


I studied in two schools. In the elementary I studied at Alcantara School and the secondary I changed to the Pedro de Valdivia School. Now I study sociology at Universidad de Chile in the second year.
My family and I are live in Peñalolen and we love the commune for its tranquility and diversity.


I have many hobbies. I like play basketball with my brother because we train together for three years ago. Also I love play music for different instrument like guitar and bass. I have a rock band with friends.

    Nice entry! I love basketball (LA Lakers) and love listening different types of music...curious to know your music style. Oh! btw, what's the band's name?

Hello classmates The post of today is postgraduate studies. In the future I would like study different things relation whit the sociology. Because I love learn and I would like to be studying all my life. Other reason why I will do postgraduate studies because it is necessary to specialize to get work and achieve a good performance, because I being a social scientist I have the responsibility to do the best jobs to help and improve the society. In a short time I would like studies a master in social science and philosophy. The best possibility I would to study in Europe, specific in France or England but it would not a problem to study those masters in Chile, of course at the U. de Chile.  I think if it were to happen I would study in the evening’s nights and I would work during the day. Gonzalo López Alfaro is a professor of Sociology and Philosophy at U. De Chile. His works focus on social theory and epistemology of the sciences. He was born in January of 2000 in Santiago of Chile, city on he grows up. He studied at U. De Chile the degrees in Sociology and Philosophy at the same time. Then he moved to France to study his postgraduates in the École des hautes études en sciences sociales. at that University, he obtained two master's degrees, the first in philosophy and the second in economics and social sciences and he graduated with honors. After completing his masters, he began a PHD in sociology at the same university. Gonzalo López is recognized as one of the outstanding students of the École des hautes études in social sciences.
